While interviewing Jessica Stewart Photography, Jessica mentions other local businesses she loves in our tight-knit community. Inner Beauty Skincare Spa was one she eagerly showcases.
Inner Beauty Skincare Spa offers skincare services to all types of skin while creating an amazing and relaxing atmosphere for its clients. Inner Beauty Skincare is located literally around the corner from my house. They have been a staple on Main Street in our Newfane Community for over a decade.
Something I learned during my research for this article is they offer an infrared sauna! The health benefits of the infrared may range from pain relief, aiding muscle repair, relaxation, and fighting off illness. I had no idea our little town sported a sauna! It’s been so awesome discovering the many amazing features our neighborhood has to offer.
Inner Beauty Skincare Spa
Nadine Sauls opened the doors of Inner Beauty Skincare Spa 12 years ago in July 2010. Nadine is originally from Wilson, NY but now resides in Newfane, NY where her business is located.
She was a Stay at Home Mom turned Business Owner after the kids went off to school. Which, sounds very similar to my story.
It’s amazing the confidence boost being a Stay-at-home-Mom gives you. You manage an entire house, keeping varied aged human beings alive, scheduling appointments, and navigating around everyone else’s lives, all while (hopefully) maintaining your own mental health.
You’re the best boss, boss lady Nadine! I’m not surprised that so many Stay at Home Moms open their own businesses.

Interview with the Owner
What do you specialize in?
I specialize in anti-aging and acne skincare treatments, but I offer an array of services to fit everyone’s skincare needs!
How did you come to start your own business?
I was a stay-at-home mom until my children went to school and I have always loved the beauty industry. So I went back to school to become an Esthetician, then opened Inner Beauty Skincare Spa so that I could work for myself and make my own schedule. That way I didn’t miss anything going on at school functions and such.
What type of help or resources did you use to start your business?
I worked in the corporate world before starting my own business and gained knowledge and customer service skills. While I attended The Salon Professional Academy they taught us the ins and outs of opening a business as well.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Definitely the clients! You meet all walks of life, and it is simply amazing! I have made so many friends out of clients. I truly have the best clients!
What do you love about Western New York?
The community! Lots of good humans here!
Do you partner with any other local businesses?
I currently do not. However, I have business cards and promote local businesses that I know and love myself!

Absolutely! Jessica at Jessica Stewart Photography is amazing and super talented!
Felicia at Your Wellness Therapeutics does an amazing job and her soaps are great!
Kathy Weaver at Creekside Hair Studio gives an amazing haircut and color!
Any advice for other business owners?
You’re the professional. You know your business and what’s best for you and your clientele. Keep it fresh and update. Never stay stagnant! Also my favorite piece of advice… If you love what you do, you never work a day in your life!
